Now Accepting Adult Clients

Did you know? A number of our therapists have a specific focus on adult clients!

If you are going through a particularly difficult life transition, including, but not limited to: the death of a loved, a job loss, having a baby, aging parents, becoming an empty nester, etc., talking to someone new could help those changes feel much more manageable.

Our Services

Animal-Assisted Therapy is, by definition, an alternative or complementary type of therapy that includes the help of animals in a treatment. It can address a variety of mental health including ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety and more.

EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based approach designed to alleviate the emotional distress caused by traumatic experiences. Our experienced therapists are here to guide you through this transformative process, offering a safe and supportive environment to address past traumas, reduce anxiety, and improve overall well-being.

Play therapy is a child-centered, developmentally appropriate therapeutic technique that allows children to communicate and make sense of their feelings, experiences, and challenges through play and creative activities.

Land-Based Therapy

Land-Based Therapy is a type of therapy that includes a connection to the land, learning about the generational effects of colonization, understanding & strengthening identity, practicing land-based activities, participating in ceremonies, and connecting with Elders & knowledge holders.

We do not require a referral from a healthcare provider or any other external source to access our therapeutic support. Whether you are seeking assistance for yourself or on behalf of a loved one, we are here to provide the necessary guidance and support you need.

We have an office in Winnipeg!

Our new therapy office is conveniently located at 169 Marion St. in Winnipeg!

Our services are covered by most group insurance plans.

Elevate Your Mind!

Are you in search of a captivating and knowledgeable speaker to elevate your event, group meeting, or classroom experience? Look no further than Lucy Sloan, a charismatic, articulate, and well-educated expert who is a natural storyteller. Lucy's speaking services are tailored to provide invaluable insights on anxiety and stress, helping you and your audience better understand and manage these common challenges through the power of self-regulation.

“Lucy, I don't know if you realize what an amazing impact you truly make on the children who come to your farm. After only spending two days at your summer day camp, Skylar talks about the experience with the animals and you all the time. She loved everything about it & keeps reminding us that she will be going back next year.

Thank you for doing what you do and being who you are!!”
